Approach

William (Bill) Barrett brings his substantial litigation, business, and financial experience to BDR as well as his experience serving in the key roles in the ADR process: mediator and arbitrator, counsel for a party involved in a dispute, and as a party representative.

In mediation, when appropriate, Bill will work with the parties towards devising creative solutions unavailable at trials. As a neutral in the arbitration context, Bill will skillfully consider the evidence presented by the parties, carefully listen to arguments, and reach an outcome after thoughtful deliberation.
